1. The "Bring Your Own Storage" Model

Flights Ledger operates on a unique Serverless / BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) architecture. This means:

We do not host your financial data. Your ledgers, bookings, and customer details are stored exclusively in a file named flights_ledger_data.json inside YOUR personal Google Drive.
XPRESSTECH has no access to read, view, or sell your financial records.
You own your data completely. You can delete or download it directly from your Google Drive at any time.

2. Information We Collect

Since we do not host a backend database for your records, our collection is minimal:

Account Info: We use Google Firebase Authentication to allow you to log in. We receive your Email Address and Name solely for identity verification.
Technical Logs: We may collect anonymous crash reports or usage statistics (e.g., "Feature X was used") to improve app stability.

3. Permissions We Request

To function, the app requires specific permissions from your Google Account:

auth/drive.file: This permission allows us to only access files created by Flights Ledger. We cannot see your personal photos, other documents, or emails.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to run the application:

Google Firebase: For secure authentication and hosting.
Google Drive API: For storing your database file.

5. Data Security

Because your data resides in your Google Drive, it is protected by Google's world-class security infrastructure. Access to the app is secured via industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocols.
