By accessing or using the Flights Ledger application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Flights Ledger is a tool designed to assist travel agents in managing their accounts. You agree to use this Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (bookings, payments, passenger details).
3.1 Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data generated by the Service. This data is stored in your personal Google Drive account.
3.2 No Liability for Data Loss: Since XPRESSTECH does not host your data, we are strictly not liable for any data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion that occurs within your Google Drive. You are responsible for maintaining your Google account security.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7. However, the Service relies on Google APIs (Drive, Auth). We are not responsible for downtimes caused by Google's service outages or your internet connectivity issues.
Flights Ledger may offer free and premium tiers. Premium features are billed according to the plan selected. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of XPRESSTECH, typically only in cases of proven technical failure of the software itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPRESSTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
